Who We Are
Integrated Community Work, Inc. (ICW) is a private, non-profit organization whose mission is to provide an array of supported employment services and other community-based opportunities to adults with developmental disabilities.
We believe that with advocacy, training and support, every working-age person we serve has the opportunity to work in his or her community. ICW provides individualized services including job and task analysis, job development and placement, and ongoing long-term support. We provide these services so that each person we support can be successful in competitive employment that fits their talents, interests and abilities.
