Each person’s interests, talents and abilities are unique. At ICW, we provide
individualized support for our vocational and community-based services.
We provide the following services through the Wisconsin Department of
Vocational Rehabilitation (WI DVR).
ICW offers Job and Task Analysis. This service provides task-based
employment support to assist consumers on the job site. This service is
provided in two parts; initially we use task analysis to determine the steps that make
up a job, followed by targeted and systematic instruction based on what the
consumer needs to learn for that job.
ICW offers job development and placement. We assist in job application all the way through the hire/training process. We partner with a variety of establishments to find a right-fit job for our consumers. Then, our SESs (Supported Employment Specialist) and Program Coordinators work with relevant persons, ensuring successful outcomes for our clients in their workplace.
ICW offers ongoing supportive services to gain competitive employment in an integrated work setting. We help individuals with disabilities work consistently through their strengths, abilities, interests, and informed choices.
You do not need to be a WI DVR consumer to receive services with ICW. We
are currently contracted with Managed Care Organizations (MCO’s) and work
with individuals in the program: Include, Respect, I Self-Direct (IRIS).
Liaison Between Employee and Employer
We maintain open communication with our consumers and their employers with a focus on job preparedness. ICW strives to match employers' needs with our client’s abilities and we address employer/employee concerns.
ICW provides opportunities to explore a variety of community activities that best suit each individual. Sometimes we are in groups, other times we are providing one-to-one services. We recognize and offer different opportunities to help promote healthy living through exercise and inclusivity.Contact ICW
